Our mobile commercial kitchen is perfect for backyard parties, sporting events or any outdoor affair. Your guests will enjoy the same delicious Polish Boys and Nathan's quarter pound beef dogs we prepared on the FoodNetWork with Iron Chef Michael Symon, "The Best Thing I Ever Ate", "Bizarre Foods America" and "Delicious Destinations" with Andrew Zimmern and this spring we're filming for "Food Paradise". Our sausages are grilled on site and our fries are cooked to order. We use only the best smoked beef Polish sausages and quarter pound jumbo beef dogs. Seti's has a variety of toppings for our sandwiches: the bbq sauce, chili sauce and cole slaw are made by us from our original recipes, we also have all the basic condiments. Sausages are served on fresh steamed buns. Cold cans of soft drinks include: Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Cherokee Red and Spring Water.
Minimum fee is $600 for 50 guests or less, add $12.00 for each additional guest.
Serving time is 4 hours, $100 for each additional hour , if agreed upon.
If the weather is bad we can change the date.
The 24 foot long truck requires overhead clearance of 13 feet and a driveway at least
10 feet wide. A solid level parking spot is also necessary.

We do not handle any alchoholic beverages. If your location is outside our metro area, a travel fee may be required. We accept all major credit cards.
Truck is equipped with all commercial equipment: a grill, deep fryer, steam table, 2 refrigerators, 4 sinks with hot and cold running water, 3 preparation tables, exhaust system, flourescent lighting inside and out, and a serving window.
